This program is set up to directly reward the drivers who pull their weight and stick with Booker.
Here is how the program works, what you earn, and how to stay qualified.

The Benefit Schedule

Coverage builds as your tenure with Booker grows and resets annually on your anniversary:
● 6 – 11 Months: 50% off 1 oil change
● Year 1 (12–23 Months): 1 FREE oil change per year
● Year 2 (24–35 Months): 2 FREE oil changes per year
● Year 3 (36–47 Months): 3 FREE oil changes per year
● Year 4+ (48+ Months): 4 FREE oil changes per year

How You Qualify

To get authorization for a covered oil change, you must meet four simple standards over the last
90 days. These are baseline expectations for any good driver operating with normal effort:

1. Production: Average at least 8,000 miles per month. If the truck isn’t rolling, the perk
doesn’t unlock.
2. Pre-Trip App Compliance: Consistently use the company-provided paid pre-trip app.
No exceptions unless an approved physical disability is on file with Safety.
3. Clean Safety Record: Zero DOT safety violations. Perform your app pre-trips, fix
equipment faults before you roll, and keep your CSA points clean.
4. Customer First: Zero customer service write-ups and zero freight claims.

How to Redeem

1. Contact the Shop before getting serviced.
2. The Shop will quickly verify your 90-day eligibility (mileage, pre-trip app logs, safety, and
customer service).
3. Once cleared, the Shop provides your service authorization.
